Police said they arrested two 14-year-old boys accused of throwing rocks and a cinder block at a cat in Carrick. Investigators said a maintenance worker witnessed a group of teens throwing rocks at a cat on May 10. The worker said he yelled at the boys to stop, but they swore at him and continued to abuse the animal. The worker told police that he witnessed one of the teens pick up a cinder ...
